The one-paragraph version: we run a curated K'NEX catalog; the actual sale happens on our authorised partner’s platform under its terms. Checkout price is the final price, trademarks belong to their owners, and we earn a commission that costs you nothing.

K'NEX Builders Shop is an informational catalog and affiliate showcase for K'NEX products. We do not sell products directly, hold stock or process payments; every transaction is completed on our authorised fulfilment partner’s platform under its terms of sale, delivery and returns.
2. Pricing, ratings and availability
Prices, review scores and stock status shown here reflect the official listings at the time of the last catalog update and can change without notice. If a figure on this site and the checkout page ever differ, the checkout page wins — the price displayed there is the final price.
3. Orders, delivery and returns
Shipping times, return windows and buyer protection are provided by the fulfilment partner under its published policies (currently including tracked delivery and a 30-day return window on all sets). Claims regarding an order are handled through the partner’s support, reachable via the order-management link in your confirmation email.
4. Intellectual property
K’NEX and related trademarks, product names, photographs and logos belong to their respective owners, including Basic Fun, Inc. They appear on this site solely to identify the genuine products being catalogued.
5. Affiliate relationship
This site earns a commission from qualifying purchases made through its links. The commission is paid by the partner and never increases the price you pay.
6. Acceptable use
You may browse, link to and quote this site freely for personal, non-commercial purposes. Scraping the catalog wholesale, republishing it as your own or misrepresenting an affiliation with this site is not permitted.
